Q: Is breakfast included?
A: Yes, continental breakfast for in-house guests is included. Cooked breakfast is also available at additional cost of ingredients.
Q: Can you cater for guests with allergies?
A: Yes Chef is very experienced in catering for guests with sensitivities and allergies including celiac and nut allergies. Please advise any special dietary requirements upon booking.
Q: Do you have cars for guests use?
A: We do not have villa cars however your Villa Manageress can help book car hire or arrange car and driver.
Q: What classes or activities can be arranged within the villa?
A: Tennis coaching, yoga classes, kick-boxing and Tai Chi sessions can all be arranged at the villa. Massages, mani/pedi and hairdressers can also be arranged. We can also help advise and book day trips and excursions including golf, fishing and boat trips.
Q: Is lunch and dinner available at the villa?
Your Villa Manageress will ask each morning which meals you would like to take at the villa that day. She can help with creating menus and suggest dishes based on what is seasonally available.
Together with Chef, they will then shop for supplies. Itemised receipts for which will be presented directly to guests every 2-3 days for reimbursement. There are no credit card facilities at the villa, however there are plenty of ATM machines nearby.
A typical budget per person per day for three meals is around US$30, depending on the types of dishes you choose. Perhaps a little less for an all vegetarian selection. A little more for lobster and imported steak.
Q: When is check-in and check-out?
A: Check-in is 3pm and check out 11am however wherever possible we will try to organise times to coincide with your travel arrangements.
Q: Do you have babysitters?
A: Yes, we can arrange English speaking, qualified babysitters at hourly or daily rates.
Q: Do you supply tennis equipment?
A: Yes, we have 4 adults and 2 children’s racquets and plenty of tennis balls. We can also arrange for a coach or drill partner.
Q: Can we have our wedding at Ban Sairee?
A: Yes. Ban Sairee is a glorious venue for weddings and other special occasions. For parties with more than 25 guests and/or requires an event planner, a venue fee applies. We can provide a list of planners who know Ban Sairee well. With prior approval, you are of course free to chose your own. Please get in contact for details.
Q: Do we have to book all the rooms?
A: No, however there is a minimum booking of four (4) Master bedrooms in the Main Villa. Please see our rate sheet and Terms & Conditions for more details.
Q: With other guests be at the villa?
A: No, unlike a hotel, you will be the only guests and have exclusive access to the entire property. Ban Sairee will be all yours for the duration of your stay.
Q: How do I get one of those beachside massages :)?!
A: Khun Jul, your villa manageress can arrange for qualified masseuse to come to the villa. Massages can be taken in your room or in the beach-front sala.
