Rates will vary depending on season. Minimum booking is 4 Master Bedrooms in the Main House to which you may add, the Sairee Suite, Big Barn, Small Barn and bunk rooms, as required. There are also 2x king single hotel-quality roll away beds at US$50++per night, or free of charge for guests under 12 years old. These may be placed in either of the Barns or the Sairee Suite.

++ Rates are subject to 10% service charge and 7% Thai Government tax

All other expenses such as meals, other than continental breakfast, beverages, massages, tours, car hire etc are to be settled in Thai Baht in cash before departure. There are no credit card facilities, however there are several ATM machines nearby the villa.

Airport transfers available upon request at approximately Bht1200 each way for a 7-seater van.
