The Estate
Sprawled across three acres of lush green lawns dotted with swaying palms and manicured tropical gardens, Ban Sairee is your idyllic beach-front villa. This charming Thai villa is home to luxuriously-fitted teakwood pavilions and two antique rice barns, converted into generous bedrooms. It sleeps up to 20 guests in 7 master bedrooms and 2 single bunk rooms.
The Beach
Ban Sairee is blessed with a quiet and secluded beach which is protected by a natural reef and therefore swimmable all year round. Throw down a towel, pull up a deck chair and umbrella, or stroll along the white sandy beach. For the more active, use the house snorkelling gear and kayaks with life vests to explore the cove and coastline.
The Architecture
Thai gabled and tapered roofs, rich teak panelling, and generous decking space showcase the classic elegance of Thai architecture. Traditional furnishings are gracefully balanced with contemporary pieces and bright pops of colour. Each area, from the high-ceilinged living spaces to the beautifully decorated bedrooms, has uninterrupted views of the sandy beach, turquoise ocean and nearby islands.
Activities
Laze around the large infinity swimming pool with its own splash-and-play area for young children, or run around the expansive lawns decorated with pretty lanterns as you await your evening BBQ prepared by your private chef and wait staff, or head down to the waterfront sala after a game of tennis on your private court. You may find yourself wishing to extend your stay, or simply returning year after year to this spectacular home.
If active holidays are your thing, we can help arrange for yoga instructor, Thai Chi teacher and tennis coaching or drill partner at the villa. Samui island also offers day trips to nearby islands, golf, quad-bikes, zip-lining, waterfall walks, temple tours and fishing trips. From the master Sairee Suite for the dreamy boho bride, to the antique Big Barn that’s also known as the Honeymoon Suite, interconnected king- bedrooms and children’s bunk rooms, and the quaint Small Barn, this barefoot luxury estate with its tropical vibe, well-thought out features and incredible staff offers nothing short of a truly authentic and unique experience.
